Mars 17. 2008 The International Fulbright Science and Technology Award for Outstanding Foreign Students The International Fulbright Science and Technology Award for Outstanding Foreign Students is a grant awarded towards Ph.D studies in the Sciences. Application deadline for this grant, for the year of 2009-2010 is Friday the 16th of May 2008. This award is unusual since all expenses, including tuition and living expenses, are paid in full. During the first three years expenses are paid by the Fulbright Program in the U.S. then taken over by the students University or College. This grant is only awarded to outstanding students and competition is extremely fierce. To receive this award is an incredible achievement and honor.
